THEY ARE NOT BAD WORDS

An empowering women led event designed to build confidence, community and knowledge. Through interactive activities including an obstacle course, participants were encouraged to step outside their comfort zones while forming meaningful connections. The event created a safe and supportive space for open conversations around women’s health, promoting education, awareness and personal growth.

An essential recording session delivered in collaboration with a partner brand. We brought together an exceptional group of experts in women’s health, including doctors, pharmacists, midwives, and an endometriosis advocate. The day focused on sharing knowledge, stories, and practical advice. It supported women who often feel isolated or unsure where to turn. Open and honest conversations made expert guidance more accessible.

The experience was both insightful and rewarding.
